nuntars Terms & Conditions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply throughout:

• "Platform" means the nuntars website, Progressive Web Application, any mobile interface, and all associated gaming services operated by nuntars.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the nuntars Platform.
• "Player Balance" means the aggregate of real-money funds credited to a Player's nuntars Account, excluding any bonus funds or pending promotional credits.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free-play credits, cashback amounts, or loyalty rewards credited to a Player's Account subject to wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity verification process required by nuntars before processing withdrawal requests or where otherwise required.
• "Responsible Gaming Tools" means deposit limits, session timers, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion features available to all Players through their Account settings.
• "Prohibited Conduct" means any activity expressly forbidden under Section 8 of these Terms.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the primary regulatory body overseeing gaming activities in the Philippines.

2.1 By accessing, browsing, or using the nuntars Platform in any manner — including registering an Account, depositing funds, or placing a wager — you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in full, together with the nuntars Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules or promotional terms applicable to individual offerings on the Platform.

2.2 These Terms are effective as of the date first published and apply to all Players regardless of the device, browser, or network used to access the nuntars Platform.

2.3 nuntars reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time in accordance with Section 13. Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2.4 If you are accessing the nuntars Platform on behalf of another person or entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that person or entity to these Terms, and references to "you" shall include both you and that person or entity.

3.1 Access to the nuntars Platform and participation in any gaming or wagering activity is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines and is non-negotiable. nuntars enforces this requirement through KYC verification.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law.
• You are acting on your own behalf as an individual and not on behalf of any third party for the purpose of wagering.
• You do not hold employment with nuntars, any of its affiliate companies, or any game provider whose products are offered on the Platform, in a role that would create a conflict of interest.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from the nuntars Platform or had an Account permanently closed by nuntars for a Terms violation.

3.2 nuntars reserves the right to request identity documentation from any Player at any time in order to verify eligibility. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by nuntars may result in Account suspension and withholding of the Player Balance pending verification.

4.1 To access real-money gaming on nuntars, you must complete the registration process and create an Account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes.

4.2 Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the nuntars Platform. The existence of duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether using the same identity, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension under Section 8.

4.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your nuntars Account login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login details with any other person.

4.4 nuntars will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your login credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must contact nuntars support at [email protected] immediately.

4.5 nuntars may require you to complete full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. KYC documentation may include, but is not limited to: a government-issued photo ID (passport, Philippine driver's licence, or UMID), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

5.1 nuntars accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven cash-in, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. Available methods may be updated from time to time; the current list is displayed on the nuntars Payment page.

5.2 All deposits to your nuntars Account must be made from a payment instrument that is registered in your own name. nuntars does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources. Any deposit identified as originating from a third party may be reversed and the Player's Account suspended pending investigation.

5.3 Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed and approved before the first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible.
• nuntars processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Payment page, subject to verification requirements.
• nuntars reserves the right to apply a maximum withdrawal limit per transaction, per day, and per calendar month, as set out in the current Payment terms.

5.4 All amounts displayed on the nuntars Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless explicitly stated otherwise. Currency conversion fees, if any, are the responsibility of the Player's payment provider.

6.1 nuntars may offer bonuses, welcome packages, reload offers, cashback, free spins, and other promotions to eligible Players from time to time. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, which are published alongside each promotion at the time of offering.

6.2 Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general bonus conditions apply on the nuntars Platform:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (wagering requirement) before any withdrawal of associated winnings is permitted.
• Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount or the bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion.
• Only wagers placed on eligible games count toward bonus wagering requirements. Game contribution rates vary and are disclosed in the promotion terms.
• Bonus funds have an expiry period; any unused bonus and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• nuntars reserves the right to limit the maximum bet size on bonus play. Bets exceeding the maximum permitted amount during an active bonus may result in bonus cancellation.

6.3 The nuntars six-tier VIP Loyalty Program rewards Players based on accumulated wagering activity. VIP tier benefits, point accumulation rates, and redemption terms are governed by the VIP Program terms, which are available within the Player's Account. nuntars reserves the right to adjust VIP tiers, point values, and benefits with reasonable advance notice.

6.4 nuntars may withdraw or modify any promotional offer at any time without prior notice in cases where there is evidence of abuse, technical error, or circumstances that make the continuation of the promotion untenable. Any bonus obtained through fraudulent means will be voided and the Player's Account subject to review.

7.1 All games available on the nuntars Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between game-specific rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail.

7.2 nuntars uses certified random number generation (RNG) technology for all applicable games. Live dealer games are conducted using physical equipment — real cards, real roulette wheels, and real dice — streamed from regulated studio environments. nuntars does not manipulate game outcomes.

7.3 In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or system error during a game session, nuntars will use commercially reasonable efforts to record and honour the state of play at the time of the failure. Where the game outcome cannot be determined due to the error, the wager may be voided and the staked amount returned to the Player's balance.

7.4 nuntars reserves the right to void any bet or wager that was placed at odds or under conditions that were clearly the result of a pricing error, technical fault, or data feed error. Players who knowingly exploit such errors will be subject to Account suspension.

7.5 nuntars may impose limits on maximum wager sizes, maximum payout amounts, and maximum daily or weekly losses. Current limits are displayed within the relevant game interface or Account settings section.

8.1 The following activities are strictly prohibited on the nuntars Platform. Engaging in any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account suspension, voiding of balances, and referral to Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities where applicable:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under the same or different identity, payment method, or device.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using the nuntars Platform to launder money, facilitate fraud, or conduct any activity that violates Philippine Anti-Money Laundering laws.
• Using automated betting systems, bots, scripts, or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage over other Players or the Platform.
• Colluding with other Players in card games, poker, or any game where coordination between Players would create an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or data feed errors in the Platform or any game, whether or not nuntars has been notified of the issue.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the source code of any nuntars software or game.
• Abusing the nuntars bonus system through coordinated bonus harvesting, chip dumping, or any other strategy designed to extract promotional value without genuine gaming activity.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing nuntars staff or other Players through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such access is prohibited by local law.

8.2 Where nuntars identifies Prohibited Conduct, nuntars may take any or all of the following actions at its sole discretion: suspend or permanently close the Account, void all pending and settled wagers, withhold and/or forfeit the Player Balance, recover any funds previously paid out in connection with the Prohibited Conduct, and report the Player to PAGCOR or relevant Philippine authorities.

9.1 nuntars is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe environment for all Players. nuntars acknowledges that gambling can be addictive and that some Players may experience gambling-related harm. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their Accounts. Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Timers & Reality Checks: Players may set session time limits and activate periodic pop-up reminders showing their current session duration and net wagering position.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may elect to take a temporary break from gaming for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During a cooling-off period, the Account remains open but gameplay and deposits are disabled.
• Self-Exclusion: Players who wish to permanently or indefinitely exclude themselves from nuntars may apply for self-exclusion through their Account settings or by contacting [email protected]. Self-exclusion takes effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period. Players under self-exclusion must not attempt to create new Accounts.

9.2 All Players must be aged 21 or above in compliance with Philippine gambling regulations. nuntars maintains strict age verification procedures and will close any Account found to belong to an underage user.

9.3 nuntars cooperates with PAGCOR responsible gaming initiatives and supports Players who seek help for problem gambling. Players experiencing gambling-related difficulties are encouraged to make use of the responsible gaming tools on the nuntars Platform and to seek assistance from appropriate support organisations.

10.1 All content on the nuntars Platform — including but not limited to the nuntars brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, databases, and all other materials — is the intellectual property of nuntars or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

10.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the nuntars Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming activities in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not extend to any reproduction, redistribution, modification, adaptation, creation of derivative works, or commercial exploitation of any nuntars content.

10.3 Any unauthorised use of nuntars intellectual property — including screen-scraping, data mining, framing, or deep-linking without express written consent — is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

11.1 The nuntars Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, nuntars makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, reliability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.

11.2 nuntars shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from:

• Interruption, suspension, or discontinuation of the Platform due to maintenance, technical failure, network outage, or any cause beyond nuntars' reasonable control.
• Any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunity arising from your use of, or inability to use, the nuntars Platform.
• The conduct of any third-party game provider whose products are made available on the Platform.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any inaccuracy in game results caused by technical error, provided that nuntars has taken commercially reasonable steps to investigate and address the error.

11.3 Nothing in these Terms shall operate to limit or exclude any liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory provisions of Philippine consumer protection or gaming regulation law.

12.1 nuntars reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where nuntars has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms.
• The Player has engaged in Prohibited Conduct as defined in Section 8.
• The Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk of harm to the Player, to nuntars, or to the integrity of the Platform.
• nuntars is required to act by a regulatory authority, court order, or applicable law.

12.2 A Player may request the voluntary closure of their nuntars Account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements and KYC obligations. Bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

12.3 Where an Account is closed by nuntars due to confirmed Prohibited Conduct, fraud, or money laundering, nuntars reserves the right to withhold all or part of the Player Balance pending investigation and, where applicable, to remit funds to the relevant Philippine regulatory or law enforcement authority.

12.4 Following permanent Account closure, nuntars will retain Player data in accordance with the nuntars Privacy Policy and applicable Philippine data retention laws.

13.1 nuntars reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, nuntars will notify Players through one or more of the following means: a notice displayed prominently on the Platform, an in-platform notification within the Player's Account, or an email to the registered address on file.

13.2 Amendments take effect upon publication on the nuntars Platform unless a later effective date is specified. Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment is published constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

13.3 If you do not accept an amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the nuntars Platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Section 12.2. nuntars will return any verified real-money balance to you following the closure process.

13.4 The current version of these Terms is always available on the nuntars Platform at nuntars.net/terms-conditions. The effective date at the top of this document reflects the date of the most recent revision.

14.1 These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

14.2 In the event of a dispute between you and nuntars regarding any aspect of these Terms, game outcomes, Account balances, or Platform operations, you agree to first raise the matter formally with nuntars through the support channel at [email protected]. nuntars will endeavour to resolve all complaints within ten (10) business days of receipt.

14.3 Where a complaint cannot be resolved through the internal process, either party may refer the matter to the appropriate Philippine regulatory body or competent court of jurisdiction in Metro Manila, Philippines. Both parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of such courts for the resolution of any unresolved dispute arising under these Terms.
